We have not only established ourselves as a credible Engineering and Project management company, but we also operate a financially and administratively sound operation with a full complement of dedicated staff members. It is, therefore, one of the very few successful Engineering and Project management businesses in South Africa with 100% Black ownership (Level 1 B-BBEE), creating jobs, security, and skills development for its employees.

Our Organisation was founded by a highly skilled professional with a singular vision and purpose - To create a Company that is founded on Transparency, Determination, and the desire to foster Diversity and Equality in the South African Engineering landscape.
OUR FOUNDER
Mr. Sinothi Ndlovu (Pr Tech Eng and Pr CPM) started our organisation by the passion he shared for Civil Engineering, Business and seeing the representation of previously disadvantaged groups at all levels within the industry, bringing back Professionalism, Quality, and Integrity into engineering.
Mr Sinothi Ndlovu (Pr Tech Eng, Pr CPM) began his career in the field of Civil Engineering and Project Management more than two decades ago, fuelled by the aspirations of becoming a prominent voice within the Engineering Field, synonymous with professionalism and Integrity. His experience is consolidated through his work in both middle and senior management positions for the Public and State-Owned Enterprises.
Prior to taking the plunge to start his own business which has now been operational for nine years, Mr Sinothi Ndlovu served his time working as Project Manager for Regional Bulk Water Supply Scheme for Umgeni waters, a Billion-Rand programme.
This was after he worked for the Department of Public Works, KwaZulu-Natal, where he held the position of Deputy Manager: Consultants and Contractors, at that stage he was responsible for the Contractor Development Programme known as Masakhe ECDP, he was also assigned as a System Administrator for the Provincial Consultant Rooster System.

SINOTHI NDLOVU
Sinothi Ndlovu (Pr Tech Eng,
Pr CPM) began his career in the field of Civil Engineering and Project Management more than two decades ago, fuelled by the aspirations of becoming a prominent voice within the Engineering Field, synonymous with professionalism and Integrity- Which he also lends to the SAICE - The South African Institution of Civil Engineering (SAICE) - the industry body for civil engineering professionals in South Africa.
Sinothi is also a vital part of the Engineering Council of South Africa which he joined in 2020.

MONDLI PHETHA
Mondli Phetha has a wealth of knowledge in the finance Industry as a qualified Professional Accountant (SA) and member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA).
Mondli is currently completing his PHD in Entrepreneurial Studies, after attaining his Master of Business Administration from MANCOSA in 2014.

THEMBISA NONTSHWELEKA
After qualifying with a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Thembisa spent eight years serving time in Taylor Volbrecht & Associates Consultants Firm in Port Shepstone.
Thembisa’s career in the Quantity Surveying industry began in 2004 when she worked on very key infrastructural projects in Port Shepstone under Masakhane Project Managers. In 2012, Thembisa joined the South Africa Council for the Quantity Surveying Professional (SACQSP) as a Candidate Quantity Surveyor.

SANELISIWE MNYANDU
Sanelisiwe Mnyandu, A force to be reckoned with – joined our ranks in 2021 as our Corporate Services Director. She has brought with her a National Diploma in Human Resources Management as well as a BTech Degree Human Resources. Sanelisiwe has also Spear-headed the restructuring of Ilawu Hospitality Group Personnel in preparation for their expansion in 2018. We had the distinct pleasure of witnessing her become Chairperson of the Mangosuthu University Council In 2022 after the incredible work and effort she has contributed.
